How to Use Your Citronella Bark Control Collar

How to Use Your Automatic Citronella Bark Collar

Charging – Use the included USB Type-C cable, with a standard 5V charger only (a charger above 5V can damage the circuit and battery). Battery bar flashes while charging; stays solid green when fully charged.

Turning On/Off:

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on.
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off.

My dog is small and so I have to take the collar down to its very limit, this means there is a significant amount of webbing hanging. My question is IF I CUT THIS (which must to be done) IS THE WARRANTY/RETURN IF INEFFECTIVE STILL ACTIVE?????

We bought the above collar for our noisy French Mastiff, but he has a curiously high pitched bark so the collar wouldn't always go off.
