Just like in the picture, haven't tried it yet but it looks very sturdy and durable for two 15-20kg dogs.

I'm using this on my near 50kg german shepard and I have to say it really does work. I wasn't sure before buying this but the price was good enough for me to give it a try. My dog is still pulling the leash like he used to but the double elastic belt makes it much smoother and the waist strap gives me a lot more strength so all in all, it makes a huge difference.
