Shipping policy

UK delivery

Every UK order ships free by Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually arriving 2–3 working days after dispatch. Every order has its own tracking, so you can see when your parcel is delivered.

Need it sooner? Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £4.95 at checkout, or free on orders of £60 or more (after any discounts). It usually arrives the next working day after dispatch.

Dispatch: order by 2pm Monday to Friday, or by 11am on Saturday, and we dispatch the same day.

International delivery

Orders outside the UK go by Royal Mail International Tracked:

• Europe, Australia and other international destinations: £17.95
• United States: £19.95
• Free on orders of £90 or more

Collars that come with a spray can, spray refills and our calming bundles can only be delivered within the UK.

Delays

If your parcel is running late, email us at contact@calmshops.co.uk and we will look into it for you.
