Introducing the Double Leash for Dogs from Calmshops! This innovative pet accessory is designed to provide a safe and convenient solution for walking two dogs simultaneously. With its smart features and high-quality materials, this double leash is perfect for pet owners who want to enjoy hassle-free walks with their furry friends.

Dog Leash length: 120 CM

Dog Coupler Length: 50 CM

The key feature of this double leash is the elastic cords. Each leash is equipped with a stretchable elastic cord that allows dogs to have some freedom of movement while still maintaining control. The cords have just the right amount of elasticity to prevent sudden jolts or pulls, ensuring a comfortable experience for both dogs and their owners. Now you can say goodbye to tangled leashes and enjoy a smooth and enjoyable walk with your furry companions.

Safety is a top priority, which is why this double leash is constructed with reflective material. The leash features reflective stitching or strips along its length, enhancing visibility during low-light conditions or night time walks. This added visibility helps keep you and your dogs safe by alerting drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians to your presence. Whether you're strolling around the neighbourhood or exploring dimly lit areas, you can have peace of mind knowing that you and your dogs are visible to others.

Crafted from durable and weather-resistant materials, this double leash is built to withstand everyday use. The strong nylon webbing and sturdy metal hardware ensure long-lasting performance, even with active dogs. The leash also features a comfortable and ergonomic handle that provides a secure grip, reducing strain on your hands and wrists during walks. With this leash, you can maintain control and enjoy walks with confidence.

The double leash is adjustable, allowing you to customize the length for each dog's comfort and walking style. It provides enough freedom of movement without sacrificing safety or control. The leash is suitable for dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to larger canines.

How does the elastic cord in the Double Dog Leash improve walking experience?

The elastic cords in this double leash provide gentle stretch, allowing each dog some freedom of movement while softening sudden pulls. This elasticity reduces strain on your arms and minimises discomfort for your dogs, making walks smoother and more enjoyable for both you and your pets.

Is this double leash suitable for dogs of different sizes?

It suits two dogs of broadly similar strength, and each side adjusts in length so you can set them independently. What it does not do is make a big difference in size workable — coupling a small dog to a much larger, stronger one on a shared lead puts the smaller dog at risk if the larger one pulls or lunges. Two dogs of comparable size and pulling strength, yes. A chihuahua and a labrador, no.

What safety features does the Double Dog Leash include for night walks?

The lead is reflective, so it picks up headlights and torchlight and makes you and your dogs easier to see on a dark walk. Treat it as a help rather than a substitute for a light: on an unlit lane, a collar light or a torch does far more for your visibility than a reflective lead does.

How durable is the Double Dog Leash for everyday use?

It is nylon webbing with metal hardware, built for regular walking use. As with any lead, check the stitching and the clips every so often, especially if your dogs pull — the hardware is the part that fails first on a coupler lead, and it is carrying two dogs rather than one.

Does the handle of this double leash provide comfort during walks?

Yes, the leash features an ergonomic and comfortable handle designed to offer a secure grip. This reduces hand and wrist strain during walks, allowing you to maintain better control while enjoying longer or more frequent outings with your dogs.

A dog walker's dream come true

I am a part-time dog walker, and most of the times, I walk up to 4 dogs simultaneously, and of them with different types of leads. I guess you can imagine what a tangle mess that can be...
I ordered 2 double leads from here and it has made my life much easier. The lead has has a swivel and it rotates when the dogs move from one side to another, which minimises the tangling. Really impressed with how it works and will order more in the future, as I am sure the dogs will wear these out.

Twin elasticated straps weren't strong enough. The elastic broke within two days

Wow, it arrived very quickly. Exactly as expected and images released. I'm very pleased.
