Before you buy — two things worth knowing
Sourcing. The glucosamine is shellfish-derived and the chondroitin is porcine. Most brands don't tell you this. If your dog has a known shellfish sensitivity, or your household avoids pork, that is a real consideration and you should have it before you order rather than after.
Flavour. These are chicken and duck flavoured. They will not suit a chicken-sensitive dog. Please note this is different from our Calmdogs® calming chews, which are turkey-based — the two products have different flavour bases and one does not stand in for the other.
How to use
- Follow the daily feeding guide, which is banded by body weight: up to 25 lbs (11 kg) 1 soft chew daily, 26–75 lbs (12–34 kg) 2 soft chews daily, over 75 lbs (35 kg+) 3 soft chews daily.
- Start with half the recommended amount for the first few days, then build up. Chews can be given together or split between morning and evening.
- Introduce gradually, and provide fresh water at all times.
- Joint supplements are generally described as needing several weeks rather than days, so give it a fair run before forming a view.

Important
- Complementary feed for dogs.
-
Not a veterinary medicine. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease or joint conditions, and it cannot reverse joint damage that has already occurred.
- Arthritis and other joint conditions are veterinary diagnoses and need veterinary management. A complementary feed sits alongside that, never instead of it.
- Safe use in pregnant animals, or animals intended for breeding, has not been established. Use with caution in dogs with hyperthyroid disease.
- If your dog is limping, holding a leg up, yelping, or has changed suddenly, see your vet rather than reaching for a supplement.
