Charge the Receiver & Remote

  • Use the provided USB cable to fully charge both the receiver and the remote before first use.
  • Charging takes approximately 2–3 hours.

Turn On the Devices

  • Press and hold the power button on both the receiver and remote until the indicator lights turn on.

Pair the Receiver with the Remote

  1. Press the vibration or strong vibration button to turn on the remote.
  2. Select a channel (CH1, CH2, or CH3) by pressing the CH button.
  3. Adjust the level with the "+" or "–" buttons (make sure it’s above 01 for vibration modes).
  4. Press and hold the power button on the receiver for 3 seconds until you hear a beep and the light flashes.
  5. Within 10 seconds, press the vibration or strong vibration button on the remote again. You will hear another beep, confirming successful pairing.

Adjust the Collar

  • Fit the collar on your dog’s neck so that it is snug but comfortable.
  • Cut off any excess strap length if needed.

Training Modes

  • Use the remote to choose between vibration modes and adjust intensity (0–99 levels) based on your dog’s temperament.
  • Start with a low level and increase gradually.

Standby Mode

  • If no signal is sent to the receiver for 5 minutes, it will enter standby mode. Press any training button to wake it.

Turning Off

  • Press and hold the power button on the receiver to turn it off.

  • Delivery: Every UK order ships free by Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually arriving 2–3 working days after dispatch. Need it sooner? Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £4.95, or free on orders of £60 or more (after any discounts), and usually arrives the next working day after dispatch.

Can I use this collar to train more than one dog at a time?
Yes. There are variants for one, two or three dogs, with one remote and each receiver operating independently, so you can work with one dog at a time without signalling the others. Choose the version that matches the number of dogs you are training.
How does the vibration mode work compared to traditional shock collars?
This collar uses adjustable vibration from level 0 to 99 as a humane alternative to shock. The vibration is gentle yet noticeable, helping to interrupt unwanted behaviour without causing pain or distress, making it suitable for sensitive dogs or owners seeking a non-shock training method.
Is this collar suitable for outdoor use in wet conditions?
The receiver is rated IPX7 — tested in water to 1 metre for 30 minutes — so rain, wet grass and puddles are fine. That is not a swimming rating, so take the collar off before your dog goes properly into water. The remote's own rating is not specified, so treat it as not waterproof and keep it in your pocket on a wet walk.
What training problems can this collar help with?
The collar is designed to help with issues such as excessive barking, poor recall amid distractions, poop-eating, jumping up, chasing, digging, counter-surfing, and even night-time wandering. The combination of beep, light, and vibration modes allows for clear communication to interrupt and redirect behaviours.
How do I get my dog to respond well to the collar's signals?
Start with the beep to get your dog's attention, then add the light if you need a visual cue at dusk. Introduce vibration at the lowest setting and increase gradually until your dog notices — you are looking for the point where they respond, not where they startle. Pair every signal with an immediate reward, a treat or praise, so the signal comes to mean something your dog wants to answer.

Dog Training collar - good service

The vibrating training collar arrived promptly and was just as described. The instructions are basic and clearly translated from another language (Chinese?). I've used it 3 times so far on an old border collie who is partly deaf. I think it'll take a few further sessions using it before he realises I want his attention. I think the bleeper may be more successful that the vibration.
